REPLACEMENTS

Let us evaluate the condition of your current system and determine whether you really need a replacement or just a service call. 80% of the time, we can fix your system without having to replace it. We're so sure we can help you that we will come out and provide you a second opinion just for free (with a written estimate from another company). If your system does need replacing, we will provide a bid that can meet or beat your original written estimate from the other company.

Both contracts include the following 24-point checklist items and benefits:

1. Clean burner assembly to improve combustion and reduce waste heat.*
2. Tune burners for more efficient burns, saving energy.*
3. Clean ignition assembly to ensure reliable operation on demand.*
4. Clean and inspect furnace heat section to ensure safe operation and the           absence of cracks from metal fatigue.*
5. Verify flue draft to ensure dangerous gas by-products are properly venting       to the outdoors and flue pipes are free from obstruction.*
6. Inspect flue pipe to ensure no corrosion is present which can lead to cracks       and the introduction of dangerous fumes in to your home.*
7. Calibrate thermostat for accurate control and to prevent system from
    running longer than necessary, increasing utility usage and cost.
8. Test refrigerant charge to ensure optimum levels which enable lower utility       usage and extend compressor life for air conditioners and heat pumps.
9. Test capacitors to ensure reliable operation and continued compressor and       motor protection.
10. Test crankcase heaters to ensure proper compressor protection.
11. Inspect and test controls and safeties to keep operating costs low and
      prevent failures.
12. Adjust fan switch to prevent wasted energy and excess sound levels from         nuisance cycling.
13. Adjust balancing dampers to improve comfort.
14. Clean or replace filters to reduce energy use, reduce compressor strain,           improve indoor air quality and comfort.
15. Clean and adjust blower assembly to extend motor life, improve air quality       and reduce sound.
16. Check air flow to ensure proper air flow across the coil for proper humidity         removal and reliable operation.
17. Visually inspect ductwork to identify obvious leaks which can reduce
      system efficiency and increase utility expense.
18. Tighten electrical connections to ensure uninterrupted system operation.
19. Measure and record voltage and amperage to identify baseline operating         conditions.
20. Lubricate all moving parts to maintain efficiency and extend equipment life.
21. Check inside evaporator coil for proper transfer efficiency -- proper
      transfer efficiency can reduce utility costs and improve air quality.
22. Clean condensate drains to prevent water damage and the potential for
      mold formation.
23. Check auxiliary heaters (heat pump and/or electric).*
24. Remove leaves and debris from inside air conditioners and heat pumps.

We are available 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, 9am - 1pm Saturdays for regular service.

A technician is always available and on call 24/7. We make sure we are available WHEN you need us.

 

MAINTENANCE

We offer the ENERGY SAVER MAINTENANCE PLANS. These two maintenance agreements can help you save money and ensure your safety and comfort:

• Contract A: Priority Service*. Two visits per year for pre-season maintenance in Spring and Fall plus 15% off any parts.

• Contract B: Priority Service*. Same list of visits and care as Contract A except you receive 20% off parts and labor, no service call fee during regular business hours for additional service calls beyond the regular maintenance visit and priority service all year round.

*Priority Service means you will be put to the top of the list on our daily schedules when you need service or attention.
