Had a moldy smell coming out of my A/C. Mark from Commonwealth came out and diagnosed the issue. He cleaned my evap coil and went out of his way to fix a shoddy installation by the original A/C installer during the process. The smell is completely gone now. Commonwealth cooking and heating were amazing! They came out same day, checked over my system and made some recommendations but did not try to upsell me or rope me in to expensive extra stuff.
