I have used them once before, when a less scrupulous vendor was trying to sell me a new heat pump I didn't need. They helped me understand that it wasn't necessary. Since then we've moved to a condo. The Commonwealth technician came, did a thorough inspection of our rather odd system, educated me about it, and generally assured me that it was all in working order.
