In the midst of the many days of heat we have had, the Carrier air conditioner we love and depend upon had an issue. Commonwealth came to our rescue and got us up and running again! Everyone we dealt with from the Owner to his technicians kept us informed and also provided video to show the problem. I had the experience of receiving "5 STAR" service from Commonwealth Cooling & Heating. I called them to come out and take a look at my AC unit that was not cooling as well as it had in the past. Brian, the owner, serviced my unit and he was outstanding. He did a through check of the unit and explained everything that he was doing. I am very pleased with the service from Commonwealth Cooling & Heating and will use them for all future cooling and heating needs. Read Less

Arrived on time, analyzed the issue, discussed options and pricing in a very clear manner. Performed the repairs very quickly and had the AC back up and running. Excellent company.
