With the winter storm expected to hit the northern VA area later this evening I called Commonwealth Cooling & Heating in a panic to address our heat going out with no warning. I was given a window of 11-3 and promptly they arrived diagnosed the issue and fixed our heating along with some much needed education on how to properly schedule cleanings. Paired with their affordable pricing- needless to say their business card has earned a place our fridge. It was a pleasure working with the team at Commonwealth, especially since I was helping, from out of state, my elderly parents replace their aging HVAC system; so all communication had to happen through email and phone. Commonwealth identified my A/C problem on Tuesday and fixed it on Thursday. This entailed the replacement the complete attic air handler unit and the outside compressor unit. The technicians were courteous and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Commonwealth and intend to use their services again when a need arises. Read Less
