It was a pleasure working with the team at Commonwealth, especially since I was helping, from out of state, my elderly parents replace their aging HVAC system; so all communication had to happen through email and phone. From the very first inquiry, Casey, Brian, and Mandy were incredibly prompt, courteous, and professionally responsive. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and they made a point of keeping both me and my parents fully informed at every step. What could have been a complicated, stressful process was made completely seamless thanks to Commonwealth’s outstanding customer service. Casey and Mandy coordinated everything thoughtfully, respected my parents’ schedule and comfort, and handled all the details with professionalism and care. The replacement itself went smoothly, and all necessary county inspection completed and passed the next day. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that truly puts the customer first—even in challenging situations like coordinating from out of state— definitely consider Commonwealth. Thank you for making this experience so positive for my family! I am pleased to recommend Commonwealth highly. Read Less

Commonwealth Cooling & Heating was excellent. We scheduled them to evaluate the HVAC systems in a home we’re preparing to move into after renovations, and the owner, Brian, personally came out to do the work. He inspected everything thoroughly, explained what he found in plain language, and gave practical recommendations to help stretch the life of the existing system rather than pushing unnecessary replacement. He also laid out sensible longer-term options so we can plan ahead. Honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely use Commonwealth again and highly recommend them. Read Less

My experience with Commonwealth Cooling and Heating was great. An estimator came out Friday, I committed to the work on Saturday, and the unit was installed on Monday. The installation team was knowledgeable and professional. Loving my new AC unit. Read Less

Commonwealth identified my A/C problem on Tuesday and fixed it on Thursday. This entailed the replacement the complete attic air handler unit and the outside compressor unit. The technicians were courteous and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Commonwealth and intend to use their services again when a need arises. Read Less
